ABOUT ANXIETY
~

Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or nervousness about what’s to come.

  But if your feelings of anxiety are extreme, if they last for longer than six months, and are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder. With so much going around the world ,

anxiety is a term heard everywhere in today's generation . A lot of people have anxiety and are not even aware of it.

To find a solution,  knowing the problem is the first step to get away from the problem .

Your body's natural response to stress is anxiety. It's a sense of unease or worry of what is to come. Most people are afraid and anxious on the first day of school, going to a work interview, or delivering a speech  .

ANXIETY DISORDERS

We know what anxiety is but In the case of an anxiety disorder, it is

the feeling of fear may be with you all the time. It is intense and sometimes weakening.

This type of anxiety may cause you to stop doing things you enjoy.

In extreme cases, it may prevent you from entering an elevator, crossing the street, or even leaving your home. If left untreated, the anxiety will keep getting worse.

​

Anxiety disorders are the most common form of emotional disorder and can affect anyone at any age.

Cyber Bullying  And Anxiety

~what is it? how is it related?~

When a person is being bullied online , at a social site or at any networking site they are being cyber bullied .

This affects one’s brain

very deeply and the victim might not know what to do . This leads to stress and anxiety.

~how to prevent it ?~
  • Privacy - keep all your accounts private and have a safe and strong  password for your account , try keeping a one you might remember very easily but it should not be related to any kind of personal information , make a strong password using UPPERCASE and lowercase letters with special characters . Only Allow those you trust and know to follow you or be friends with you

  • Talking - the moment you find that someone is hurting you or his troubling you online , tell it to an trusted adult right away and block the person harassing you right away
