What actually is Anxiety ?

Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or nervousness about what’s to come.  But if your feelings of anxiety are extreme, if they last for longer than six months, and are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder. With so much going around the world , anxiety is a term heard everywhere in today's generation . A lot of people have anxiety and are not even aware of it.  To find a solution,  knowing the problem is the first step to get away from the problem .
