There are different cures for the different types of anxiety but the ones that can help you in all situations are :
Talking it out - this is the easiest and most important cure for anxiety , it always helps , whether you talk to your friend or family . if talking doesn't help write in a journal , bottling up the stress or your problems could lead to more problems writing calms down and makes you feel less anxious about your problems
Calming down - this is very helpful for both immediate and long term cures , once you calm down and your brain is thinking straight the anxiousness easily gets away , weather you listen to music or meditate or read , well books that calm the mind , not the ones that gets us thinking ; like mystery books.
Therapy or counselling - therapy is indeed very helpful in complex situations . If you feel that you wouldn't want to share what you are going through to your family or friends , talking to someone other than them is helpful . even we can help you there , just leave us a message in the chat of our website and we will help you through your problems.
Exercise - Regular exercise is good for your physical and mental/emotional health ,you can get fit and have a healthy mind.
Ditch Caffeine - we understand the need of coffee in our lives , but for the people going through anxiety it is not the best option, we recommend fruit juices over them . They are much more healthy and calming.
Get some sleep - sleep is VERY IMPORTANT, trust us we know when in lack of sleep, our mind starts overworking itself, better sleep thus ,leads to a calm and fresh mind .
Start giving time to yourself - do things you like , singing , dancing , reading , playing , athletics or anything you like , it could help get your mind off things and you might find an answer to your problems much more easily.
Group therapy - meeting people who have the same problems like you or are going through anxiety might help in talking things out more openly if you are nervous about opening up to people .
