How to heal, mentally.

Although healing is a challenging and extremely lengthy process, it eventually starts to feel like a shining light on an otherwise gloomy day. The first stage in healing is wanting to heal. If you believe that nothing can help you recover, no one can, so the first step in healing is wanting to recover. The second stage is to stop worrying about how you will heal; healing is a process that doesn't require forethought. You must surround yourself going forward with individuals you can count on to always be there for you ( and maybe start to trust a few people around you),

When you go to sleep, start by thinking back on all the times you had a smile on your face (or, better yet, write it down). When you begin to notice the wonderful things around you, the bad things begin to automatically recede into the background.

Smile at random strangers, express your gratitude to your best friend, and let your parents or guardian know how much you cherish them.

Try dancing in your room, going for walks or runs, going to a café, or turning on lively music.

Love your life for what it is, despite how chaotic it may be; it's the chaos that makes it so beautiful.
